Register with your name, email, and mobile number. Note down your Application Number safely.

Fill in your personal, educational, and exam centre details carefully.

Upload your photo and signature in the correct size and format as specified.

Every exam season, fake websites and WhatsApp/social-media forwards imitate official CTET pages to collect application fees, sell fake "guaranteed passes", or harvest personal data. Protect yourself with these simple rules: the only official CTET website is ctet.nic.in — check the address bar carefully, because fakes use lookalike names like "ctet-nic.org" or "ctetexam.in". CBSE never asks for payment through personal UPI IDs or asks you to pay for admit cards, answer keys, or results — all of these are free downloads. No website, coaching centre, or person can "guarantee" your qualification or offer to change marks; anyone claiming this is running a scam. Your application fee is paid only inside the official portal during the application window, through its own payment gateway. If a message pressures you with urgency ("last 2 hours to verify your form!"), treat that urgency itself as the red flag — CBSE communicates deadlines through the official website and press releases, not panic forwards. When in doubt, type ctet.nic.in directly into your browser instead of tapping any link.
